Good value for training gloves

How do Eizo gloves compare to like, Venum or Cleto Reyes? Is the quality similar or a step down?

I'd say Eizo is definitely up there with Venum in terms of quality. Cleto Reyes is a different league price-wise, but Eizo holds its own for sure.

Eizo is great quality for the price, definitely comparable to Venum. Not quite Cleto Reyes level for that super premium feel, but way better than cheaper brands and very durable.

Are the Eizo boxing gloves true to size? I'm usually a 14oz in other brands but not sure if I should size up or down with these.

Yeah, I found them pretty true to size compared to Title or Everlast. My 16oz Eizos feel just like my old 16ozs.

I'd stick with your usual size. I got 12oz and they fit exactly how I expected. The size guide on their site is pretty accurate too if you measure your hand.

Nah, you can only use one code at a time. The first order discount probably won't stack with clearance prices. Happened to me once with a different store.

Pretty sure they don't let you combine discounts. It's usually either the first-order code OR the clearance price, not both. Most places do that.

Is Eizo Sport stuff legit for competition? Like, if I get their headgear, can I use it in an amateur fight or is it just for training?

Some of their stuff is approved, yeah. You'd have to check the specific product description for competition approval. My sparring gloves are competition legal.

I think a lot of their pro line is competition-approved. For amateur, you'd want to double check with your coach or the event rules to be safe, but generally, their quality is high enough.

Yeah, returns are pretty straightforward. I had to send back a pair of training gloves that were too small and it was a smooth process. You usually pay for return shipping though.

I returned a rash guard that wasn't my style. Just make sure it's unused and you're within their return window, I think it's like 30 days or something. Got my refund quickly.
